You will educate patients and caregivers, discharge planning, and manage a full caseload with administrative duties such as documentation and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan and implement therapy with individualized treatment plans.
• Provide documentation, billing, scheduling and related admin duties for a full caseload.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize clinical and financial outcomes.
• Coordinate with physicians and leadership to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Adhere to policies, ethical standards and code of conduct.
