Job summary

Palmdale Regional Medical Center, part of the Universal Health Services network, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide evaluation, planning, and administration of OT modalities prescribed by a physician in an acute care setting. California license or eligibility is required, with limited permit provisions if applicable.

One year of acute care OT experience is preferred; BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• One year of OT experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program with a OT degree.
• Current California OT license or license eligibility letter.
• If CA OT License Eligibility Letter recipient with a Limited Permit: license exam within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering occupational therapy modalities prescribed by a licensed physician.
