Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital is seeking a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager for the Acute Care unit. The CANM will lead shift operations, guide the nursing team, and ensure delivery of high-quality care and patient flow during 7:00 AM–7:00 PM schedules.

You will collaborate with the Nursing Operations Manager, coordinate staffing, assist with patient care assignments, and participate in safety and quality initiatives in a dynamic acute care setting.

Competenze

• BSN preferred; RN Licensure in Florida required.
• BLS certification required; additional area certifications preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead shift operations to ensure high-quality care and patient flow.
• Manage staffing assignments based on patient acuity.
• Collaborate with Nursing Operations Managers and discharge planners to meet outcomes.
• Provide guidance and coaching to nursing staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Participate in safety huddles and ongoing quality improvement.
