You will facilitate education, mentor staff, and promote evidence-based practice within a fast-paced homecare team, ensuring compliance and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with valid RN license; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• Certifications such as BLS required; ACLS/PALS may be needed.
• Strong computer, communication, interpersonal, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to function effectively in fast-paced settings and respond to emergencies.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories, educational strategies, and quality improvement tools.
• Critical thinking, innovation, and commitment to lifelong learning are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify practice gaps by assessing learning needs and analyzing data to inform education strategies.
• Develop and execute educational plans using adult learning principles, ensuring inclusivity and stakeholder involvement.
• Coordinate and facilitate educational programs, evaluating their effectiveness and making data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support departments to promote safe, high-quality patient care.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
• Promote evidence-based practice, research, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, policies, and regulations, integrating ethics into practice.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and competency assessments for nursing and healthcare staff.
