Qualifications

• RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
• Less than one year of clinical experience preferred; recent graduates considered.
• Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document safe, quality care while promoting a respectful, inclusive environment.

• Support professional development by completing competency assessments, serving as a preceptor or mentor, and engaging in ongoing education.
