Qualifications

• RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
• Less than one year of clinical experience or completion of accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Nursing required; ongoing professional development encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care involving patients and families in care planning.
• Coordinate safe, quality care through effective communication and documentation with the healthcare team.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in evidence-based practice.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor and contribute to protocol development.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
