Job summary

You will perform comprehensive nursing processes, educate patients and families, collaborate with other professionals, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
• Less than one year of clinical experience preferred; completion of nursing program with clinical hours required.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Deliver patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, respecting cultural differences.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education, focusing on patient goals.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care using interdisciplinary collaboration, fostering a respectful environment.
• Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to promote workforce development and model professional nursing practices.
• Participate in protocol development, resource management, and data collection to improve clinical processes.
