Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, completion of an accredited LPN program, active LPN license, and one year of clinical patient care experience.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED.
• Completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Current state LPN licensure.
• 1 year of clinical patient care experience (preferred).
• Basic Arrhythmia training required for Telemetry units (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Gives direct nursing care under supervision.
• Implements the care plan.
• Performs phlebotomy services.
• Contributes to the plan of care with patient/family input.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered within scope.
• Other duties as assigned.
