Job summary

Qualifications

• Active LPN license or license-eligibility in Kentucky.
• Completion of an accredited LPN program is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision per the plan of care.
• Perform phlebotomy services as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments ordered by physicians, within scope.
• Contribute to the plan of care with patient/family and team input.
• Support telemetry/remote telemetry units as required by unit.
