Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited LPN program required.
• Current state LPN licensure or eligibility required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Gives direct nursing care under RN/physician/PA/NP direction.
• Implements the care plan and provides direct nursing care.
• Performs phlebotomy services as needed.
• Administers medications and treatments within scope of practice.
• Other duties as assigned.
