Job summary

Minidoka Memorial Hospital in Idaho seeks an LPN to provide direct and indirect patient care in an acute care setting. You will communicate with physicians and the Nurse Manager about changes in patient conditions and respond quickly to treatment needs.

Under supervision, you will perform nursing duties across departments, ensure safety, document care, and participate in quality improvement activities while supporting a compassionate patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Idaho Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• PALS within 6 months of hire.
• BSN from an accredited program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in acute care.
• Communicate with physicians and the nursing team about changes in patient condition.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Perform nursing duties in all departments under supervision.
• Ensure patient safety and contribute to quality improvement and documentation.
