Job summary

Minidoka Memorial Hospital's Countryside Care unit seeks an RN/LPN for full-time overnight shifts (36 hours weekly). You will provide direct patient care, communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff, and participate in care planning in a rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities include following nursing standards, conducting daily rounds, identifying issues, documenting assessments, administering medications, and maintaining patient rights.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• RN degree from a recognized college or university with current or pending licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per established nursing standards.
• Conduct daily patient rounds and report problems to nursing supervisor.
• Identify patient issues and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Document comprehensive patient assessments and care plans.
• Administer medications, tube feedings and treatments as ordered.
• Notify nursing director of significant changes in patient conditions.
