Job summary

Mountain View Hospital in Idaho Falls, ID is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a PRN basis. The LPN will provide direct and indirect patient care across departments under supervision, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective communication with physicians and care teams.

The role requires graduation from an accredited LPN program and Idaho licensure, with current BLS, and ACLS/PEARS to be completed within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN licensure in Idaho.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS and PEARS within 6 months of hire.
• Complete basic dysrhythmia class with a grade of 84%+ within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care meeting psychosocial and physical needs.
• Communicate with physicians and team about changes in patient condition and test results.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Perform general nursing duties in all departments under supervision.
