Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent related experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare coverage guidelines and documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Stock vehicle daily with equipment, disposables, paperwork, and literature.
• Visit facilities daily to notify case managers of discharge needs.
• Coordinate with centers to schedule home setup of equipment.
• Explain coverage criteria to case managers and patients.
• Complete setup paperwork for delivered equipment daily.
• Assist with CMNs and chart notes for billing.
