Responsibilities

• Stock vehicle daily with equipment and literature for that day.
• Make rounds to contact case managers at each facility about patient discharge needs.
• Coordinate with center to schedule home set up of equipment for O2 discharges.
• Understand and communicate insurance coverage criteria to case managers and patients.
• Complete setup paperwork daily for equipment delivered.
• Assist with obtaining CMNs and chart notes for billing.
