Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IE or related field required.
• 4+ years of related experience; master's degree may substitute (two years).
• Strong data visualization and SQL skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, validation, and maintenance of standardized analytics for KPIs.
• Design dashboards and reports to monitor performance trends and outcomes.
