Duke Clinical Research Institute in Durham, NC is seeking a Management Engineer within the DUHS Quality Office to provide analytics, project management, and performance improvement support for Coding and CDI teams.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership, develop dashboards, monitor performance, and drive data-driven improvements across clinical and financial outcomes.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with data engineering or SQL.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, validation, and maintenance of analytics for Coding and CDI performance indicators.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports for leaders to monitor performance and communicate insights.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across DUHS Quality Office, Coding, CDI, and clinical operations.
• Provide project management support for Coding and CDI initiatives.
