Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluation and treatment of admitted surgical patients.
• Conduct admission history and physical examinations with documented notes.
• Write orders within delegated authority and collaborate with the attending physician.
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed.
• Provide patient and family education and participate in discharge planning.
