Job summary

The Ride Platform is seeking an experienced actuary to own Roamly program pricing, reserving, and performance analysis. You will influence rate, appetite, and program viability, collaborating with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Product, and Engineering.

You will work across auto, carshare, RV, and mobility lines, bringing automated analyses and AI-enabled insights where appropriate. A remote option is available for fully qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• ACAS/FCAS or equivalent actuarial credential.
• 4+ years of P&C actuarial experience in auto or program lines.
• Strong Excel skills and SQL ability.
• Experience with Python or R for analytics.

Responsibilities

• New Program Development: build rating structures and pricing for new programs.
• Program Performance Reporting: produce loss ratio, trends, and dashboards.
• Carrier & Reinsurance Support: prepare submissions and bordereaux.
• Pricing & Rate Analysis: maintain rate indications and loss cost models.
• Underwriting Partnership: assist with referrals and appetite decisions.
