Job summary

AIG is seeking a Summer Intern for the Actuarial department. The 9-week, in-person program offers hands-on experience, masterclasses, and mentoring.

Interns may be considered for the Analyst program after completion, with July 2028 as a potential transition point. Responsibilities include data analysis, pricing actuarial projects, and collaborating with Finance, Claims, Operations, Risk Management, and other teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Actuarial careers and progress toward credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and apply actuarial techniques to quantify risk and price products.
• Assist with actuarial analyses, models, forecasts, and reports for decision support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Finance, Claims, Operations, and Risk Management.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
