AIG is offering a Summer Internship in the Actuarial department in New York. You will participate in a 9-week program with hands-on experience, working on dynamic actuarial projects and gaining industry knowledge.

Interns join masterclasses, hear from senior leaders, and network through mentoring circles and events. Following completion, interns may be considered for a role in the location, with the Analyst program beginning in July 2028.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and apply actuarial techniques to quantify risk and support pricing and reserving.
• Assist with actuarial analyses, models, forecasts, and reports for business decisions.
• Collaborate with experienced actuaries and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor trends and identify insights to support recommendations.
• Communicate actuarial findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Progress through the Actuarial Development Program and exams.
