Qualifications

• 8 years in an actuarial role
• 5 years in a management role and/or leading teams/projects
• AS A/ACAS designation and pursuing FSA/FCAS
• MAAA membership

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring decisions, coaching and development of staff
• Oversee rate filings preparation for large/small groups and direct pay products
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Sales, Product Management to develop pricing strategies
• Provide advanced support for the reserve process
• Ensure new products are financially viable and pricing is compliant with regulations
