Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the actuarial staff and activities related to pricing and rate development
• Oversee rate filings preparation for large/small groups, direct pay, or senior products
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Sales, and Product Management to implement pricing strategies compliant with filings and regulations
• Provide advanced support for the claim reserve process
• Assist Product Management and Development with pricing of new products to ensure financial viability
• Identify drivers of pure premium trends and adjust pricing accordingly
• Perform other duties as assigned
