Job summary

CVS Health seeks an Analyst to join the NA/PEX Actuarial team to support pricing, forecasting, and financial management of our fully insured business. This role provides hands-on exposure to pricing models, big data analysis, and strategic decision-making.

The Analyst will collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, finance, and other partners to evaluate trends, develop pricing assumptions, enhance analytical tools, and support both new and renewal opportunities, with actuarial exam progression

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science strongly preferred.
• 0-1 years of related experience required.
• Pursuing ASA with 1-2 exams passed.
• Experience working with large and detailed data sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing factors and assumptions used in NA/PEX pricing.
• Maintain pricing tools and assist with enhancements.
• Conduct ad hoc pricing studies for business partners.
• Monitor emerging pricing results.
• Collaborate with Underwriting on plan sponsor pricing for new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with other departments to assist with pricing assumptions.
