CVS Health seeks an Analyst to join the NA/PEX Actuarial team to support the pricing, forecasting, and financial management of our fully insured business.

You will collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, finance, and other partners to evaluate trends, develop pricing assumptions, and support both new and renewal business opportunities. This role offers hands-on pricing work, data analysis, and opportunities for actuarial exam progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science preferred; related quantitative fields considered.
• 0-1 years of related experience.
• Pursuing ASA with 1-2 exams passed.
• Experience with large, detailed data sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing factors and assumptions for NA/PEX pricing.
• Maintain pricing tools and assist with enhancements.
• Conduct ad hoc pricing studies for business partners.
• Monitor pricing results.
• Collaborate with Underwriting on plan sponsor pricing for new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with other departments to assist with pricing assumptions.
