CVS Health is seeking a creative, analytical actuarial professional to support Self-Funded EGWP clients. You will develop projections, analyze performance, evaluate Medicare Part D regulation impacts, and conduct Book of Business studies to assist client and enterprise decision-making.

The role partners with Sales, Rebate Operations, Underwriting, Clinical, Formulary, and the Medicare Part D team to deliver insights and pricing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 3+ years of actuarial, statistics or programming, and/or relevant finance background.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop pricing strategies and money-saving options for customers.
• Analyze Medicare Part D reform impacts and educate business partners.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Sales, and Account teams on complex new business and renewals.
• Explain economic implications and pricing considerations to clients.
• Oversee studies used to set pricing model assumptions.
• Deliver timely, high-quality analyses and recommendations.
• Work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Identify issues affecting financial results and provide unbiased recommendations.
• Apply technical expertise and critical thinking to business problems.
• Mentor less experienced team members and support team development.
