Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years actuarial experience and knowledge of ASOPs.
ASA progress toward actuarial credentials.
Strong communication and analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

Apply actuarial standards of practice (ASOPs) and sound judgement to complex decisions.
Conduct experience analyses, assumption setting, and profitability studies.
Develop pricing strategies and money-saving options for customers.
Support analysis related to Medicare Part D reform and educate partners on impacts.
Partner with Underwriting, Sales, and Account teams on new business and renewals.
Explain economic implications and pricing considerations to clients as needed.
Oversee studies used to set pricing model assumptions.
Deliver timely, accurate analyses and recommendations.
Mentor junior team members and support team development.
