Job summary

EY Bermuda is seeking an Actuarial Consulting Manager (Life) to lead client engagement teams in the Life practice, delivering cross-border advisory services and integrating with UK, Europe, and US teams. This role requires senior actuarial experience, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor staff while building long-term client relationships in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related major.
• Five years of actuarial experience; actuarial consulting preferred.
• Pursuing actuarial designation with exams completed (IFOA/ SOA or other).
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and actuarial software.
• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement teams in Life area across multiple projects.
• Provide cross-border advisory services with UK/US/Europe teams.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and manage project budgets.
• Engage with clients to deliver high-quality actuarial solutions.
