• Successful track record in a four-year degree program, in Math or Actuarial Science.
• Proven project and people leadership skills including developing strategies, motivating individuals, providing feedback, and driving for results.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including listening and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills to balance multiple projects and duties.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively.

Responsibilities

• Support actuarial research activities such as expense studies and lapse studies.
• Assist with rate management analysis and product pricing.
• Support process automation projects and other department needs.
• Gain exposure to real-world business needs through hands-on projects.
