Job summary

Chubb in Miami, FL is seeking an Actuarial Insights and Projects Lead to drive actuarial reporting and pricing projects within the COG Pricing team. You will turn data into clear business insights, improve reporting quality, and support pricing tools modernization.

Reporting to the Head of Pricing for Property and Casualty, you will manage the COG MI Manager and an Actuarial Analyst, lead pricing modernization, and collaborate with analytics, planning, reserving, CAT modelling, and underwriting

Qualifications

• Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries or equivalent.
• 5+ years pricing experience in P&C.
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Experience delivering complex projects with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets.
• SQL or Python experience desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in global or multi-regional environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of clear actuarial reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Improve reporting processes, controls, and data quality.
• Drive actuarial data initiatives across pricing, modelling, reporting, analytics.
• Support adoption of new technologies and data platforms.
• Lead pricing modernization projects and promote best practice.
• Partner with analytics, planning, reserving, CAT modelling, and underwriting teams.
• Manage and develop the COG MI Manager and Actuarial Analyst.
• Support development of junior actuaries and knowledge sharing.
