Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/research discipline.
• 2 years of reporting, data analysis, or similar experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Summarize findings for logical presentation and collaborate with business contacts to develop solutions.
• Support development and maintenance for the historical claims database to support actuarial premium-rate processes.
• Analyze large data sets to identify drivers of business and industry trends.
• Maintain thorough documentation for changes to processes and data requests.
• Ensure ad hoc data requests are accurate, timely, and presented clearly.
