Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior BI Developer Analyst to turn complex healthcare data into actionable insights that inform affordability and strategic decisions. You will partner with actuarial, business, and technical teams to design reports, dashboards, and scorecards that identify cost drivers and measure performance.

You will gather requirements, define business rules, and develop BI solutions aligned with actuarial standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
• 4+ years of experience in relevant actuarial and/or technical experience.
• In lieu of meeting minimum experience requirement, ASA or more exams may be considered toward ASA.

Responsibilities

• Develops reporting structure, toolset and analytic strategy to support market, domain, and pricing for programs and products.
• Coordinate and independently develop BI content (reports, dashboards, scorecards) through the full development life-cycle.
• Share expertise with business areas to help understand enterprise data content, definitions and usage and maintain a knowledge base.
