The candidate will gather requirements, define business rules, and develop BI solutions aligned with actuarial standards. This hybrid role supports in-office and remote work across several states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required or higher when applicable.
• 4+ years of actuarial and/or technical experience, related experience may be considered.
• In lieu of minimum experience, ASA or more exams towards ASA attainment may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Designs reports, dashboards, and scorecards to translate data into actionable insights.
• Supports complex BI applications across environments and manages migrations.
• Develops BI content through the full lifecycle to enable data-driven decisions and measure performance.
• Collaborates with business units to ensure data definitions and usage are understood and documented.
