Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Analyst to join the NA/PEX Actuarial team to support pricing, forecasting, and financial management of our fully insured business. This role offers hands-on pricing models, large data analysis, and business decision support.

You will collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, finance and partners to develop pricing assumptions, improve tools, and contribute to both new and renewal opportunities, with a clear path for actuarial exam progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or related quantitative field.
• 0-1 years of related experience.
• Pursuing ASA with 1-2 exams passed.
• Experience working with large and detailed data sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing factors and assumptions used in NA/PEX pricing.
• Maintain pricing tools and assist with enhancements.
• Conduct ad hoc pricing studies for business partners.
• Monitor pricing results and insights.
• Collaborate with Underwriting on plan sponsor pricing for new and renewal business.
• Coordinate with other departments to support pricing assumptions.
