Job summary

CVS Health seeks an Analyst to join the NA/PEX Actuarial team to support pricing, forecasting, and financial management of fully insured business. You will build pricing models, analyze large data sets, and influence business decisions in collaboration with actuarial, underwriting, finance, and other partners.

The role provides exposure to pricing, assumptions, and tools, with opportunities for actuarial exam progression and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or a closely related quantitative field.
• 0-1 years of related experience.
• Pursuing ASA with 1-2 exams passed.

Responsibilities

• Develop underlying pricing factors and assumptions used in NA/PEX pricing.
• Maintain pricing tools and assist with enhancements.
• Conduct ad hoc pricing studies and requests from business partners.
• Monitor emerging results.
• Collaborate with Underwriting on plan sponsor pricing for new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with other departments to assist with pricing assumptions.
