Job summary
The Standard in Portland, OR is seeking an Actuarial Developer II to advance the Actuarial Technology Platform (ATP) within the Actuarial Reporting, Workflow, and Analytics team. You will oversee design and implementation for process improvements in Employee Benefits financial reporting and pricing, collaborating across actuarial and data teams to move legacy processes to ATP.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in actuarial or insurance.
- Experience in actuarial transformation, process improvement, and technology implementation.
- Experience with actuarial pricing, financial reporting, and underwriting (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead with AI and integrate AI tools into development, analysis, testing, and docs.
- Act as actuarial technology lead while expanding Databricks expertise.
- Lead financial reporting and pricing initiatives translating designs into requirements.
- Create and present future-state process maps for stakeholders.
- Provide operational support and governance for RWA and legacy solutions.
