Atlas Oil Company in Houston seeks an Actualizations Analyst to transform physical commodity movements into accurate data for settlement and financial accuracy. You will own the actualization process for assigned transactions and work with Operations, Commercial, Accounting, Treasury, terminals, carriers, and other partners to ensure data is complete and ready for settlement.

The role requires strong attention to detail, data-entry discipline, and proficiency with RightAngle.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as an Actualization Analyst or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, supply chain, energy, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and large data set handling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in data and settlement calculations.
• Effective written and verbal communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end actualization process for assigned physical commodity transactions.
• Collect, review, and validate actual volumes, movement dates, products, locations, and other data.
• Enter and maintain actual volumes and settlement attributes in RightAngle accurately and on time.
• Identify and enter secondary costs (tariffs, PTOs, etc.) with supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations, terminals, carriers, schedulers and stakeholders to obtain complete information.
• Reconcile data with RightAngle, scheduling info, meter tickets, bills of lading, statements, and vessel docs.
• Track missing or inconsistent data and follow up to resolve.
• Investigate variances, determine root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Validate book-out transactions and daisy-chain information against records.
• Support monthly settlement and period-end activities with accurate data and explanations of variances.
• Maintain organized auditable files; identify opportunities to improve controls and data quality.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
