Atlas Oil seeks an Actualization Analyst in Houston to own the end-to-end actualization of physical commodity movements and to ensure data is complete and ready for settlement. You will transform movement data into accurate settlement inputs while working with Operations, Commercial, Accounting, Treasury, terminals, and carriers.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience as an Actualization Analyst or equivalent role.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, supply chain, energy, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in commodity actualization, settlements, energy operations, accounting, trade support, or related function.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including large data sets, formulas, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in volumes, movement data, and settlements.

Responsabilités

Own the end-to-end actualization process for assigned physical transactions.
Collect, review, and validate actual volumes, movement dates, products, locations, and other data for physical movements.
Enter and maintain actual volumes and settlement attributes in RightAngle accurately and on time.
Identify, validate, and enter secondary costs (tariffs, PTOs, etc.) with supporting docs.
Coordinate with Operations, terminals, and carriers to obtain complete movement information and reconcile data.
