Job summary

Monarch Healthcare is seeking an Assertive Community Treatment Team Assistant Team Leader in North Carolina. You will assist the Team Leader in managing clinical and operational aspects to meet team goals, guiding and evaluating staff, and supporting individuals in developing skills and community integration with maximum self-determination.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Human Services and certification qualifications (LCMHC-A, LCSW-A, LMFT-A).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services required.
• Licensure/certification in LC MHC-A, LCSW-A, or LMFT-A required or associate licensure.
• Experience in adult mental health services and leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to assigned staff/programs.
• Assist with hiring, disciplinary actions, and performance appraisals as needed.
• Manage day-to-day staff schedules, coverage, and reporting to the team leader.
