The Orchards at Wayne is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to plan and implement engaging programs for residents in our skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being through meaningful daily enrichment and interaction.

Responsibilities include developing activities, facilitating participation, assisting with transportation, and supporting events while adhering to health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a senior care, recreation, or customer service setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with older adults.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
