Job summary

The Orchard Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate Activity Aide to nurture residents in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care by planning and leading engaging activities that promote socialization, wellness, and enjoyment for individuals with diverse abilities and needs. You will plan, organize, and lead activities, assist with safe transportation, and complete light documentation.

The role requires flexibility to work every other weekend and some holidays as part of the scheduled

Qualifications

• Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and team members.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
• Experience working with older adults is preferred but not required.
