Job summary

The Orchards at Douglas Cove is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support engaging programs for residents in our skilled nursing facility. You will help plan and lead activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being through meaningful interaction.

You will collaborate with the Life Enrichment Director, document participation, and assist with events and outings, while ensuring safety and inclusivity for older adults.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a senior care, recreation, or customer service setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with older adults.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
