The Orchards at Redford in Michigan is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to help plan and implement engaging activities for residents in our skilled nursing facility. You will tailor group and individual programs to residents’ interests, provide companionship, and support daily enrichment activities to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Life Enrichment Assistant

The Orchards is currently seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to join our teamto support the planning and implementation of engaging programs and activities for residents in our skilled nursing facility. This role is essential in promoting the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our residents through meaningful interaction and daily enrichment.

Life Enrichment Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, organizing, and leading group and individual activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities
• Encourage resident participation and provide companionship during programs
• Help transport residents to and from activities
• Document resident participation and provide feedback to the Life Enrichment Director
