Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a dependable and energetic individual to support engaging daily activities and enrichment experiences for participants in a welcoming, team-oriented environment. You will help plan, set up, and facilitate recreational, social, and educational activities to keep participants active and involved.

In this part-time role you will provide friendly support, encourage participation, and help maintain a safe, organized space.

Qualifications

• Experience in recreation, caregiving, customer service, education, or similar support roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse individuals in a professional, courteous manner.

• Monitor participant engagement and provide assistance as needed

• Communicate observations, concerns, or participant needs to the appropriate team members
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe activity environment
• Follow established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recreation, caregiving, customer service, education, or a similar support role is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well with diverse individuals and maintain a professional, courteous approach
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow directions and routines
• Comfortable assisting with light physical tasks related to activity setup and cleanup
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
