Job summary

Goldwater Care in Bloomington, IL is seeking an Activity Director to design and oversee a program that supports residents' physical, mental, and social well-being. You will plan monthly calendars, supervise activity aides, and document progress.

Experience in social or recreational programs is required, along with a training course for Activity Directors and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completed training course for Activity Directors.
• 2 years minimum of experience in a social or recreational program.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and plan activities.

• Properly document MDS reports and progress notes.
