King Kamehameha Kona Beach Resort Courtyard by Marriott in Hawaii seeks an Activity Desk Specialist (Part Time) to assist guests in creating itineraries, book activities, and provide personalized service to enhance their stay. Proficient computer skills and POS experience are required; bilingual abilities are a plus.

The role involves greeting guests at the activity desk, coordinating bookings via phone, email, and live chat, and collaborating with team members to ensure a memorable guest

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• At least one year of experience as an activity coordinator/sales within hospitality.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS system; bilingualism helps.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in creating itineraries and booking activities and tours.
• Maintain friendly, courteous demeanor and exceptional guest service.
• Book activities and restaurants with vendor recommendations.
• Input purchases via POS and print tickets or reservations.
• Coordinate transportation needs and respond promptly to requests.
