Job summary

Juniper Communities is seeking a full-time Activities Assistant to support the Connections program for residents in our assisted living and memory care communities. You will help plan and implement daily activity schedules, enter resident data, and participate in care plan meetings with families.

Weekend availability is required; work hours are 9 am–5 pm Tuesday through Saturday. Qualifications include a High School Diploma and memory care or skilled nursing experience; CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Required)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Memory Care experience (Preferred)
• Previous experience in healthcare or service related setting (Preferred)
• Certification in CPR and First Aid (Preferred)

• Entering resident information in multiple systems
• Attending care plan meetings with families and residents
• Collecting resident profiles
• Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating of the Connections activity program for the community.

Pay: Starting at $19.29-$22.00 per hour based on experience
