Job summary

Juniper Communities is seeking a Part-time weekend role at our Monroeville community. You will assist in creating and delivering the Connections activity program for residents, with Saturday and Sunday shifts and potential weekday mornings/evenings.

Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with Daily Pay. Juniper Communities values diversity and offers mentorship and a supportive leadership culture to help you grow in meaningful ways.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Gerontology, or related field experience preferred.
• Previous experience in healthcare or service-related setting preferred.
• Fitness background preferred.
• Knowledge of physiology and psychology of the older adult.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating of the Connections activity program for the community.
• Works closely with Wellness Associates for the implementation of Connections activity programs.

Role:
