Job summary

Juniper Communities in Colorado is hiring a full-time Care Aide to support residents overnight. This role focuses on helping residents stay engaged, safe, and independent, with responsibilities including medication administration, daily living activities, vital signs, and clear communication with the team and families.

The position runs 11 pm–6 am and offers a starting pay of $19.00 per hour with on-demand pay options through DailyPay.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a Medication Tech Certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.
• Commitment to resident safety and independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, transportation, appointments, phone use, dining, and program participation.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Role

Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
