McKnight Place Extended Care in St. Louis, MO is seeking an Activities Assistant (Life Enrichment) for a full-time role.

The position runs Monday–Friday 9:30am–5:00pm with rotating weekends and holiday availability required, offering $17.00 per hour and paid training. You will lead group activities, visit residents one-on-one, help set up activity spaces, and assist with mobility while building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Encourage participation while building meaningful relationships with residents.
• Assist residents throughout the community, including safely pushing wheelchairs as needed.
• Help set up and maintain activity areas and document resident participation.
• Occasionally assist with caring for facility animals as part of the activities program.
